This was an interesting movie, that really does show us about insecurities in the human mind. It involves many different situations that people worry about between each other in relationships. Not the best film, but not the worst either. Enjoy.

Being both a fan of foreign film and a firm believer in the aesthetic appeal of a well-shaped feminine posterior, I have, of course, known of Tinto Brass for some time. Unfortunately, if Cheeky! is to be considered representative, Brass’ cannon does not live up to the hype. The film’s script is vapid, the acting is terrible (not to mention the fact that the film’s bombshell, Yuliya Mayarchuk, is equipped with a voice that could–and almost certainly would–kill the greatest of “B movies”), and, to top it all off, Brass’ style of direction is, at its best, contentedly terrible. What we have here, in other words, is a high budget soft porn film. For the record, I have nothing against films of such a nature; I simply find them boring, and see little point in pursuing or wasting my time on “adult entertainment lite.” For some viewers, Cheeky! could very well encapsulate all of the best features of that which is cheesy and risqué, but, for me, the film is a total wash.

While it doesn’t have much to say, it wasn’t likely intended to say much. Being what it is, a mildly erotic fun little film, it is a fun watch.

what is all this nonsense about plot and a storyline? are you people insane, or just “skirting” around the content of this brilliantly sexy film? as i now own ALL of tinto brass’s movies, and have watched them all, i have to say that THIS is mr. brass at his best. he is me in the future, a perverted old horndog. but his taste is insurpassable. i wish i could give this film 20 stars. this is the sexiest film i have ever seen, and yet there is a beauty to it that, well, i don’t know. i’m at a loss of words. it is sheer voyeuristic brilliance. YOU DO NOT GET BETTER THAN THIS. ever since i was 8 i was watching movies like this on late night cable, and i am now 30. if i were to make movies, this would be it. mr. brass’s eye for the erotic is not matched at all by any other director, in any movie, in any other lifetime. this movie is the cream of the crop, and the day it is surpassed in perverted brilliance, hell will become real, and it will freeze over. i’d give one of my arms to have been with the starlet of this film during the making of this movie, to do what mr. brass did to her in the movie. the lucky dog. the lucky, brilliant dog. this is the height of sexual film, and even hardcore porno doesnt come close to the sheer eroticism of this. again, i am at a loss of words. i have been witness to everything my twisted mind can think of on silicone. and nothing i have seen, or ever will see(i greatly doubt it) will surpass this work of art. the actress is sexy beyond words, and she knows how to work that delicious body of hers. i am left utterly speechless, drop-dropped and drooling at her performance. if i had a hat, it would be off to you, mr. brass.

Long before Girls Gone Wild, there was Tinto Brass. Known for such films as All Ladies Do It (Così fan tutte), controversial Italian filmmaker Giovanni “Tinto” Brass (1933) has a reputation for approaching erotica with an artistically impressionistic style. His films often accentuate the female derrière, almost as if it were his fetish. His sex comedy Cheeky (Trasgredire) is a good example. It tells the story of a young Italian woman (with a perky derrière), Carla (Yuliya Mayarchuk), looking for a London apartment to share with her Italian boyfriend, Matteo (Jarno Berardi). To complicate her search, Carla’s lesbian real estate agent, Moira (Francesca Nunzi), fancies her. This makes Matteo jealous. Moira likes Carla, Carla likes men, and Matteo discovers that jealousy makes him randy for Carla. That’s the incidental plot which holds holds together this cheeky gem of a Tinto Brass film (in which the naughty sex is merely simulated). As the scenes filmed in Hyde Park reveal, a Tinto Brass film is not one’s everyday walk in the park.
